2006 - WTG A fully installed and commissioned 2007 - installation of WTG B Tower and Nacelle The Installation Timeline August 2006 7-18 June 2007 Turbine B assembly at Nigg Fabrication Yard. Installation of blades to hub to form rotor assembly. Lift and install rotor assembly to Nacelle. COMPLETED
26-27 June 2007 Arrival and preparation of the installation barge ‘Rambiz’ at Nigg Fabrication Yard. COMPLETED
30 June – 3 July 2007 Turbine B assembly completed and loaded onto ‘Rambiz’. Expected sail to Beatrice from Nigg Fabrication Yard evening of 3 July 2007 or 4 July 2007. COMPLETED
'Rambiz' and Turbine B assembly sailed at 8 pm on 04/07/07. On location on 05/07/07, waiting on weather for installation. COMPLETED
Turbine B assembly lifted and successfully landed onto Turbine B jacket subsea structure at approximately 11 am 6 July 2007. Ongoing commissioning works to continue over weekend of 7-8 July 2007.
10-12 July 2007 Installation of additional boat landing access structure to WTG A and removal of turbine landing structures on WTG B jacket.
Following this, additional boat landing access structure to be installed on WTG B. COMPLETED
17 July 2007 Rambiz demobilisation. COMPLETED
August 2007 Offshore hook-up and commissioning to be completed - weather dependant.
